The Biggest Winners Of ONE 173: Superbon Vs. Noiri?

ONE 173: Superbon vs. Noiri delivered martial arts excellence from Tokyo’s Ariake Arena in Japan on Sunday, November 16.

The star-studded card produced World Championship-winning displays, highlight-reel finishes, and statement-making performances that have reshaped multiple divisional landscapes heading into 2026.

Now that the dust has settled, let’s examine what could be next for some of ONE 173’s biggest winners.

#1 Superbon Vs. Marat Grigorian

Superbon proved once again why he’s considered one of the sport’s all-time greats in the main event of ONE 173, beating interim titleholder Masaaki Noiri across five rounds to emerge as the undisputed ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Champion.

It was truly a heart-racing battle, and the Thai veteran’s longtime nemesis and next possible challenger may have been watching from inside the very building.

Marat Grigorian earned a unanimous decision victory over former K-1 Champion Rukiya “Demolition Man” Anpo earlier in the night, positioning himself perfectly for a fourth match with the Thai megastar and his third crack at the division’s coveted gold.

The Armenian striker has made no secret of his desire for revenge, and this potential matchup practically writes itself. They’ve competed twice on the global stage, with Superbon claiming unanimous decision victories on both occasions.

However, their history runs even deeper. In their first encounter, which happened outside ONE Championship, the Hemmers Gym product knocked out the Thai with a devastating three-piece combination and a final right hook in 29 seconds.

Given the explosive nature of their previous battles, a war is all but guaranteed when these two kickboxing titans collide. With both fighters fresh off victories in Tokyo, this match between pound-for-pound greats could happen sooner rather than later.

#2 Nadaka Yoshinari Vs. Songchainoi Kiatsongrit

Nadaka Yoshinari‘s coronation as the inaugural ONE Atomweight Muay Thai World Champion at ONE 173 capped off a remarkable six-year, 40-fight winning streak.

The Japanese technician’s five-round display against Numsurin Chor Ketwina showcased the precision and ring IQ that have made him arguably the best Muay Thai fighter of this generation.

Now, with gold around his waist, the logical next challenger would be Songchainoi Kiatsongrit.

Nadaka claimed a third-round TKO victory over the Thai striker in 2023 in Tokyo, but the 25-year-old has evolved significantly since that defeat. Songchainoi has been nearly untouchable in ONE, compiling a 10-1 record with four knockouts.

With both fighters possessing plenty of finishing power, this rematch likely won’t see the judges’ scorecards.

Besides, the world’s largest martial arts organization has already announced its next blockbuster event in Tokyo – ONE 175 on April 29, 2026 – and a World Title duel between the planet’s most exciting atomweights inside the very city where they previously crossed paths would be an ideal setting for their sequel.

#3 Christian Lee Vs. Roberto Soldic

https://www.instagram.com/p/DRI4Pb_klWN/embed/captioned/?cr=1&v=14&wp=640&rd=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.onefc.com&rp=%2Ffeatures%2Fwhat-could-be-next-for-the-biggest-winners-of-one-173-superbon-vs-noiri%2F#%7B%22ci%22%3A4%2C%22os%22%3A3154%2C%22ls%22%3A1426%2C%22le%22%3A1448%7D

Two-division MMA World Champion Christian “The Warrior” Lee extended his records for most finishes (17) and most victories (18) in ONE history with a spectacular second-round TKO of Alibeg Rasulov in Japan.

Lee, who holds the promotion’s welterweight and lightweight belts, made good on his promise to wrap things up early in their hotly anticipated rematch with a series of knees that left the Turkish bruiser seeking answers on the canvas.

The Singaporean-American kingpin made his intentions crystal clear during the ONE 173 Post-Event Press Conference about what he wants next – to defend his welterweight gold. And that news must have brought joy to Roberto “Robocop” Soldic.

The Croatian sensation is eager to let his fists fly after knocking out Dagi Arslanaliev with a monstrous left hook inside the first stanza of their welterweight clash at ONE 171: Qatar in February.

That marked the first, and only, time Arslanaliev has ever been finished, a feat not even Lee was able to achieve when he beat the Turkish juggernaut in October 2019.

With momentum on his side, a stellar resume, and a 91 percent finishing rate, Soldic could make a very compelling case to challenge “The Warrior” for the welterweight crown next.

#4 Yuki Yoza Vs. Nabil Anane

https://www.instagram.com/reel/DRJZB06AjPB/embed/captioned/?cr=1&v=14&wp=640&rd=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.onefc.com&rp=%2Ffeatures%2Fwhat-could-be-next-for-the-biggest-winners-of-one-173-superbon-vs-noiri%2F#%7B%22ci%22%3A6%2C%22os%22%3A3890%2C%22ls%22%3A1426%2C%22le%22%3A1448%7D

Both Yuki Yoza and Nabil Anane picked up statement victories in their respective kickboxing battles at ONE 173, and the striking geniuses have their sights set on the same prize – ONE Bantamweight Kickboxing World Champion Jonathan “The General” Haggerty

An eliminator matchup between these surging superstars would be the perfect way to determine who earns the next crack at the Englishman’s throne.

Yoza outclassed pound-for-pound great “The Kicking Machine” Superlek in their three-round bantamweight tilt, impressing all three judges at Circle-side with his technical precision, shot placement, and overall ring generalship.

Meanwhile, Anane, the ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion, was at his sparkling best en route to a unanimous decision victory over former K-1 Champion Hiromi “The Purple Comet” Wajima in their featherweight clash.

Anane will carry a massive 25-centimeter height advantage over Yoza in this hypothetical showdown. Moreover, his calculated yet devastating arsenal has proven problematic for every opponent he has faced during his promotional tenure.

However, the towering striker will need to close the distance to land his power shots, which could leave him exposed to Yoza’s punishing leg-kicking game – a game that has played a key role during his impeccable run in the world’s largest martial arts organization.

#5 Kana Morimoto Vs. Phetjeeja Lukjaoporongtom

https://www.instagram.com/reel/DRG-erOjqyr/embed/captioned/?cr=1&v=14&wp=640&rd=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.onefc.com&rp=%2Ffeatures%2Fwhat-could-be-next-for-the-biggest-winners-of-one-173-superbon-vs-noiri%2F#%7B%22ci%22%3A8%2C%22os%22%3A4876%2C%22ls%22%3A1426%2C%22le%22%3A1448%7D

ONE 173 was filled with plenty of memorable triumphs, but none carried quite the emotional weight of Kana “Krusher Queen” Morimoto‘s win.

The former K-1 Champion silenced any questions about her ability to compete against the very best with an upset over three-sport megastar Stamp Fairtex in their atomweight kickboxing contest.

Kana controlled the fight from start to finish, overwhelming the former ONE Women’s Atomweight Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and MMA World Champion with relentless forward pressure, superior volume, and consistent output across three rounds to earn the unanimous decision nod.

https://www.instagram.com/reel/DRLEm69E-X7/embed/captioned/?cr=1&v=14&wp=640&rd=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.onefc.com&rp=%2Ffeatures%2Fwhat-could-be-next-for-the-biggest-winners-of-one-173-superbon-vs-noiri%2F#%7B%22ci%22%3A9%2C%22os%22%3A5186%2C%22ls%22%3A1426%2C%22le%22%3A1448%7D

“Krusher Queen” improved to 24-6 with that striking clinic, and she may have positioned herself for a rematch with “The Queen” Phetjeeja Lukjaoporongtom, who holds the only thing missing from her resume.

The first meeting between Kana and the reigning ONE Women’s Atomweight Kickboxing World Champion showcased the Thai’s technical brilliance, but this victory over Stamp proves the Japanese veteran has made the necessary adjustments.

A rematch would answer whether the 33-year-old’s improved pressure game and volume striking can overwhelm Phetjeeja’s technical precision, or if the divisional queen will prove once again why she sits atop the atomweight kickboxing throne.
